一、本計畫依據「國立臺灣大學與中央研究院創新性合作計畫聯合補助要點」辦理。
二、申請資格：中央研究院及國立臺灣大學所屬編制內單位之研究人員或專任教師。
三、申請注意事項：
（一）計畫參與單位應包含中研院與臺大，雙方共同完成申請資料後，由其中一方代表寄件。
（二）本計畫首重中研院與臺大雙方創新性、互補性之跨領域研究；已執行過本計畫之同樣組合團隊，原則上不鼓勵再次申請。
（三）研究計畫中如有涉及人體試驗、基因重組實驗或動物實驗者，應於申請時檢附相關委員會核准文件或送件證明。
（四）申請者請將合作計畫書以WORD及PDF檔案格式各一份，連同相關申請資料，於旨揭截止日前寄至「國立臺灣大學與中央研究院聯合辦公室」信箱（email：ntujpoas@ntu.edu.tw；主旨請寫：116年度臺大與中研院創新性合作計畫申請案_臺大主持人姓名/中研院主持人姓名）。
（五）本次徵求計畫之執行期間為116年1月1日至117年12月31日；第2年度經費需於規定期限內繳交期中成果報告，經審查後另行核定。

2027 National Taiwan University and Academia Sinica Innovative Joint Program accepting Applications until July 10, 2026
1.Eligibility: Full-time faculty at Academia Sinica (AS) and National Taiwan University (NTU) are eligible to apply.
2.Important Information:
(1) Participants from both AS and NTU should be involved in the Joint Program application; either party may submit on behalf of the team.
(2) This program values research from both AS and NTU featuring innovative, complementary and interdisciplinary qualities. In principle, teams that have previously conducted projects under this program are discouraged from re-applying.
(3) If the project involves human subjects, genetically engineered materials, or animal experiments, applications should include approved (or under review) documents from relevant committee.
(4) Applications should be submitted in both Word and PDF formats to ntujpoas@ntu.edu.tw before the July 10, 2026 deadline, with the subject line reading “Application for 2027 National Taiwan University and Academia Sinica Innovative Joint Program_ (NTU Project Director name) / (AS Project Director name)”.
(5) Approved proposals will receive funding for two years, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028. Second year funding will be granted after the annual progress report for the first year has been received and reviewed.
